OPEN JOB: Family Medicine Physician LOCATION: Hartford, Connecticut Salary - $169,744 to $248,230 IDEAL CANDIDATE: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine Active Connecticut physician license (or eligibility) Family Medicine Physician Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their collaborative, team-based primary care environment. Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM - no weekends / no nights This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan while working alongside experienced clinical and support staff in a mission-driven organization. The Family Medicine Physician delivers preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services, while actively participating in population health initiatives and coordinated care efforts. Required Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine Active Connecticut physician license (or eligibility) DEA registration and state controlled substance registration (or eligibility) Commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, team-based setting Demonstrated experience providing culturally competent care to diverse patient populations Excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and leadership Proven ability to maintain timely, thorough, and accurate clinical documentation Comfort using electronic health records and clinical technology Sound clinical judgment and an evidence-based approach to care A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) or more years of experience in an ambulatory or urgent care setting Experience working with underserved or socioeconomically diverse populations Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, please respond back and include the following: MS WORD Resume required compensation.
