Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Led and directed the Medical Staff Services team, overseeing the credentialing and privileging processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and senior leadership to facilitate communication and address issues related to medical staff services. Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate medical staff databases, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Candidate requirements Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; master's degree preferred. Certification in Healthcare Management or Medical Staff Services (CPMSM or CPCS) is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in medical staff services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
