In this role, you'll: Help open our indoor pool and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members Provide swim instruction or lifeguard coverage for early morning swimmers and classes Engage positively with members and model our Y values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring Maintain a focus on safety, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset What You Bring: Lifeguard or Swim Instructor certification (or a willingness to become certified - we can help!) A dependable, early-morning work ethic Strong communication and customer service skills A desire to support your community through water safety and wellness Not certified yet? Must have availability for: Mondays & Tuesdays: 4:30am - 11:00am Wednesdays: 8:00am-1:00pm Must be a minimum of 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent required.
