Program Manager - USMC IT - Top Secret clearance

This role supports a US Marine Corps customer in Quantico, VA. Job Description and Responsibilities: The Program Manager (PM) will provide management, technical, oversight, direction and guidance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all contractor personnel. The PM shall schedule meetings and provide deliverables. The PM shall serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact, maintaining regular communication with Marine Corps PKI and keeping Marine Corps PKI apprised of all contract issues and status. The contractor shall apply and maintain proven and successful program management practices throughout the life of this contract. Basic Requirements: - 10 years or more in program management or program support on DOD contracts of greater than $10M in annual value. - Understanding of operational and technical requirements of DoD/NSS PKI. - Prior experience in supporting the USMC at Quantico, VA. Preferred Skills and Experience: - Technical knowledge of general IT principles and Public Key Infrastructure ("PKI"). Education Requirements: Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred. Certifications: CISSP or equivalent. Security Clearance: TopSecret (must be a US Citizen). Telework and Travel: On-site minimum 3x per week. Contract: This position is pending a contract award.
