Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families, spanning all ages from children to seniors. Manage a range of health concerns, including chronic conditions, preventive needs, acute care, and mental health issues with a focus on the patient experience. Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create personalized care plans. Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and complete care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery. Maintain precise and current patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Provide both in-person and virtual consultations to meet diverse patient needs. Education Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of a Family Medicine residency program from an accredited training facility. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Possession of an active medical license in Arkansas or eligibility to obtain one. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
