Job Description Title: Controller / CFO - Executive Finance Leadership Location: Sioux Falls, SD Job Type: Full-Time | Executive Overview: A well-established holding company with a diversified portfolio across manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses is seeking an experienced Controller / CFO. This high-impact, hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving financial strategy, oversight, and operational excellence across multiple business units. Responsibilities: Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Serve as a strategic partner to business leadership, supporting growth initiatives, operational improvements, and potential acquisitions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Manage banking relationships, capital planning, and investment strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in multi-entity or diversified organizations. Strong strategic, analytical, and operational expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives.
