Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Finishing Process Engineer, collaborating with the Rolled Products and Extrusions Manufacturing Technology and Engineering (MTE) Team. As a corporate expert, you will optimize processes, solve challenges, and drive efficiency improvements, contributing to our global leadership in the industry. Responsibilities: Optimize process equipment to enhance quality and capacity. Resolve equipment and process challenges in finishing processes. Lead problem-solving teams, organize support, and drive resolution of chronic problems. Develop and deploy best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate technology transfer. Maintain vendor relationships, stay updated on external developments, and provide support for capital projects. Participate in technical assessments and deliver equipment, control, and process training. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in metal finishing. Preferred Qualifications: Desire and ability to travel extensively (25-50%), including international travel. Proficiency in Rockwell PLCs for troubleshooting. Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills. Self-starter with prioritization based on business needs. Strong leadership skills.
