Wireless Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize wireless network architectures for large-scale environments. Integrate wireless solutions with enterprise infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security. Define and enforce advanced wireless security controls, including secure access and encryption. Collaborate with IT security and network software teams to automate management and mitigate risks. Lead multi-quarter wireless network projects from design through maintenance. Develop and implement NetGen firewall security policies. Mentor and guide network engineering teams, fostering technical growth. Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network incidents promptly. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in networking, specializing in wireless design and implementation. Expertise in Wi-Fi 6, 802.11ax/ac/n, RF design principles, and Aruba/ClearPass integration. Proven track record in leading large-scale wireless projects. Strong knowledge of network security best practices and Palo Alto Networks platforms. Experience with backbone infrastructure (routing, switching, SD-WAN) and CI/CD automation. Familiarity with AI/ML applications for network optimization is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
