Hours: Per Diem / On Call Title: Part-time Winter Seasonal Laborer Location: DPW Garage, Town Property & Roadways Department & Supervisor: Public Works, Highway Division Manager Salary Range: $26.01 - $36.41 Depending on Experience Bargaining Unit: Non-Union Summary The Town of Shrewsbury Department of Public Works is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Winter Operations team as Part-Time Winter Seasonal Laborers for the 2025-2026 season! These part-time employees (not contractors) will operate Town-owned equipment to plow and salt roads during snow and ice events, playing a critical role in maintaining safe travel for our residents, businesses, and emergency responders.
