Job Description

Building Maintenance EngineerLocation: Buffalo, NYOverviewAs the on-site maintenance expert, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and continuous improvement of all building systems, including: Maintain, inspect, and service HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and lighting systems Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment and building automation controls Perform component-level HVAC replacements and upgrades Complete electrical work including conduit bending, wire pulls, troubleshooting panels, and motor maintenance Support plumbing, refrigeration, and general mechanical systems Conduct interior and exterior facility repairs including lighting, structural elements, and general upkeep Track parts, tools, and supplies to ensure proper inventory levels Proactively identify system improvements and reliability risks Preferred Credentials EPA Universal Certification OSHA 10 Certification 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC/building maintenance Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration Ability to troubleshoot systems independently and follow safety protocols Comfort working hands-on in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Experience working with building automation systems Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
