Must be local to WashingtonONSITE 5 days a week Ecommerce Analyst Full-time Ecommerce Analyst role focused on using data to optimize ecommerce and omni-channel performance. You'll turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive growth, improve customer experience, and support decision-making across digital teams. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in GA4 and Power BI. • Develop a roadmap for analytics, including KPIs, testing, and data governance. • Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app. • Partner with marketing, product, merchandising, and technology teams to translate needs into insights. • Support CRM, CDP, and customer data initiatives (segmentation, personalization, lifecycle). • Combine data from multiple platforms to create executive-ready dashboards. • Identify and resolve gaps in data capture, tagging, and attribution. • Analyze customer behavior across channels and present recommendations to leadership. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field; advanced analytics education a plus. • 2+ years in business intelligence/analytics or retail technology. • 3+ years in a digital or ecommerce environment. • Hands-on GA4 experience; app analytics preferred. • SQL experience with data warehouses or lakes. • Power BI experience required; other BI tools a plus. • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills. • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders.
