The ideal candidate will have experience developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to help patients restore function, improve independence, and enhance quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility, ADLs, and overall independence Treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Required Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist license (state-specific) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current BLS certification (if required by facility) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience: Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings Experience with LSVT Big Experience with Pelvic Floor therapy
