The Product Management team is seeking a dynamic Product Manager whose collaborative spirit and effective communication skills are complemented by a proven track record of driving significant organizational outcomes through platform products. In this role, you will craft and refine the strategy for enhancing the internal developer experience as our organization undergoes a transformative shift to the cloud. Collaborating closely with other Product Managers, you will align roadmaps and strategies to create a cohesive Developer Experience that benefits everyone involved. The ideal candidate will thrive in developing deep, data-informed empathy for customers, working in partnership with Design and Engineering teams, analyzing data to identify new opportunities, and communicating progress with clear metrics. As a Product Manager focused on Developer Experience, you will lead initiatives that include: Transforming Internal Developer Experience: Leverage AI to modernize how developers access information, design systems, and code. Innovative Feature Management: Rethink how teams can release and test their innovations using advanced feature management and experimentation techniques. Cloud Transformation Leadership: Drive initiatives to streamline, automate, and enhance processes for internal teams to improve efficiency and eliminate repetitive manual tasks. About Product Management within Engineering Systems: Our Engineering Systems Product Management team is guided by three core principles: delivering meaningful value, acting swiftly, and fostering collaboration. Job Description and Requirements Role Responsibilities Develop and Shape Product Strategy: Define the product portfolio and strategy aligned with company-wide cloud transformation goals. Communicate Product Vision: Clearly present a product vision and roadmap to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers, accommodating varying technical expertise. Data-Driven Leadership: Lead with insight based on qualitative and quantitative customer data, market trends, and competitive analysis to create a robust product vision and gain organizational support. Effective Management Using OKRs: Utilize Objectives and Key Results to measure product health and project success, utilizing metrics and reports to inform decision-making. Understanding Developer Needs: Engage with internal engineering customers to identify enhancements that can significantly increase their productivity in critical development workflows. Collaborative Leadership: Promote best practices in feature management, experimentation, release processes, and cloud development while building consensus among teams. Portfolio Ownership: Manage and refine your product portfolio, adjust roadmaps based on real-time feedback, and ensure excellent outcomes for customers. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI tools that can help developers enhance value, quality, and speed. Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate organizational bottlenecks through process automation. A collaborative team player with proven success in managing projects from inception through to delivery. Strong execution skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects efficiently. Experience in creating and implementing adoption strategies that maximize the value of features and platform capabilities. A strategic thinker who maintains focus on overarching objectives while considering essential details. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Minimum Qualifications Over 3 years of experience in product management. Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Proven success in delivering value to internal customers. Hands-on experience using AI tools in product management practices. Familiarity with data analysis to assess product health, set goals, and track success. A genuine interest in tackling complex problems, systems, and relationships. Relativity is committed to offering competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $173,000. The final salary offered may depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity considerations. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow for future salary growth.
