Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ( CPA/CMA). Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
