Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a 218 bed sub acute / skilled nursing facility conviently located in Mercer County NJ is currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants for our dyanmic nursing team. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a long term care / skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities include but not limited to are: Treat all residents with care and compassion Provide ADL care according to resident needs and care of plan Documentation on Resident's plan of care Ensure resident rooms are maintained and or orderly Assistance with feeding, making up beds, toileting Serve meals and pick up trays Attend in-services and complete online education as assigned Other duties as assigned Employees here at Hamilton Grove are entitled to a generous benefits package, including matched 401K, PTO Time and a fun and pleasant work environment.
