Key Responsibilities: Define and implement project scope and objectives for all assigned projects. Communicate project expectations promptly and clearly to team members and clients. Utilize Xactimate software to estimate reconstruction and mitigation losses accurately. Continuously manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Delegate tasks effectively to the right personnel to optimize project flow. Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the project team efficiently. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and positive action. Job Requirements: In-depth knowledge of restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction processes. Proficient in creating estimates with Xactimate software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and vendors. Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure environments. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Track record of selling and presenting contracts successfully and closing deals. Familiarity with the property and insurance industry. Possess persuasive, encouraging, and motivational qualities.
