Position Overview The Senior Learning Development Specialist supports global onboarding and learning initiatives through exceptional administration and analytical skills. This role collaborates with teams across People & Culture, Enterprise Learning & Development (ELD), and People & Purpose to create impactful learning experiences and drive continual improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and peers in Global Operations to achieve shared objectives, requiring a solution-focused mindset and strong proficiency in LMS/HCM tools. Key Responsibilities Learning Administration and Logistics: Manage logistics for learning sessions, ensuring effective scheduling, participant communications, and seamless execution of both in-person and virtual sessions (e.g., Zoom). Track and maintain accurate records of training assignments, completions, and feedback. Analyze data relating to current Enterprise Learning and Development programs, supporting communication and follow-up activities. Participate in budgeting for L&D programs, ensuring adherence to financial limits. Draft marketing and communication materials for programs. Assist Instructional Designers in the development of program content. Support project management activities regarding key initiatives and programs. Prepare reports on L&D performance, providing recommendations for improvements as needed. Administer assessments and evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness. Assist with onboarding and learning program data requests, using Workday reporting to uncover trends and improvement opportunities. Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience within HCM processes. Create and maintain SOPs for process documentation and compliance needs. Collaborate with team members and P&C staff on shared initiatives and stretch assignments. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, onboarding, or HR operations. Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning), virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom), and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360, MS Planner, and digital badging platforms is a plus. Experience with process improvement and problem-solving in HR or shared services contexts. Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data trends using Excel and other tools. Previous experience in global or multinational settings is preferred. Other Requirements May require up to 20% travel to U.S. sites. Occasional schedule changes outside standard business hours may be necessary to support global programs. This is a hybrid role, mostly working virtually with periodic days spent in the local Zelis office or traveling. Standard shift timing: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Location and Workplace Flexibility We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We promote a hybrid and remote-friendly work culture, and work locations are based on role requirements and team needs as determined by leadership. Base Salary Range $86,000.00 - $109,250.00 At Zelis, we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. This range allows flexibility in offers based on individual factors such as experience, education, and job-related skills. Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards package, which may include discretionary bonuses and other incentives depending on the position.
