Within our Workday human capital team, we specialize in consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will engage in analyzing client needs, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing ongoing training to ensure effective integration and use of Workday HCM functionalities. This role is pivotal in allowing clients to enhance their human resource processes and elevate talent management. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and functionality of the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module. Mentor junior team members, guiding them in their development. Establish and nurture strong client relationships. Analyze and resolve intricate compensation issues effectively. Maintain high standards in all project deliverables. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. Successfully navigate complex project scenarios to ensure quality outcomes. Enhance your personal brand and technical expertise in the field. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 4 years of relevant experience Workday Pro certification(s) are essential Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Functional Workday Services certifications, particularly in HCM Core and Advanced Compensation. Proven experience in streamlining HR policies and processes. Expertise in transforming HR organization effectiveness. Ability to align HR strategies with broader business goals. Experience supporting and configuring the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module. Demonstrated collaboration across teams for successful project outcomes. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience and qualifications. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
