Job Description Are you a seasoned Finance Consultant eager to apply your ERP implementation expertise? We invite you to join our team and lead the implementation of the NetSuite for Government application. Collaborate with customers to create custom workflows while utilizing your interpersonal skills to connect with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Your Role: Take charge of delivering Oracle NetSuite for Government solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Utilize your expertise in government accounting and finance to meet critical project objectives. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers, setting clear expectations and ensuring effective communication to meet deadlines. Work closely with Product, Development, and Support teams to improve implementation tools and methodologies for future projects. Approach complicated business and logistical challenges with a methodical mindset. Provide regular updates on project deliverables and key milestones to the project team and customers alike. Employ creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in your work. Showcase a strong executive presence when engaging with key project sponsors. Qualifications Your Background: Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in delivering complex cloud and SaaS projects with successful outcomes. 1+ years of government accounting experience, with knowledge of GFOA rules, fund accounting, procurement, receivables, budgeting, and municipal accounting concepts. Demonstrated success as a self-driven individual who excels at building proactive relationships with important stakeholders. Strong analytical skills paired with effective time management. Experience in gap analysis, risk management, issue tracking, and prioritization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting expectations and priorities. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle NetSuite. Familiarity with Oracle products and services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered. Compensation and Benefits: The US hiring range for this role is $71,200 to $158,200 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
