Job Description Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through closeout. Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability. Support quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare progress reports and assist with client and stakeholder communication. Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout procedures.
