Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II on Day-shift, from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM at our Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA. This role offers what many maintenance positions do not - a consistent schedule, which includes every other weekend and holidays on a rotational basis, set daytime hours, and the opportunity to do meaningful, hands-on work in a stable healthcare environment. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the campus Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records Diagnose mechanical or facility issues, replace or repair parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments Provide scheduled and emergency repairs of buildings and equipment Participate in emergency response procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed What do I need in the role of Maintenance Technician II? High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience Proficiency in one or more skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or painting Valid driver's license in good standing Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Why choose Morningstar Living?
