Chemours is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Capital Projects to enhance our growing Capital Execution team. This key position will report to the Senior Manager - Capital Projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale, complex capital projects across Chemours sites globally, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with teams across the globe, ideally based at one of our Chemours sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: Effectively identifying Chemours engineering and design resources. Collaborating with people managers to ensure adequate staffing of engineering contractors meeting project objectives. Documenting and maintaining quality plans and measuring engineering productivity throughout the project lifecycle. Leading the front-end engineering process and preparing comprehensive project scopes, estimates, funding requests, and integrated schedules. Establishing clear communication channels among engineering teams to align on business and project objectives. Defining roles and responsibilities for each project team member to ensure clarity on deliverables. Managing project scope changes and controlling costs within approved budgets according to project management guidelines. Driving capital project work processes in alignment with the Chemours Project System. Facilitating problem-solving sessions to maintain adherence to schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with design standards and agreements among both internal and external design resources. To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline. 10+ years of experience managing capital projects. 5+ years in a chemical plant environment. 5+ years of hands-on field construction or contract management experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proven capabilities in team building. Experience collaborating with engineering and design contractors. Familiarity with project scheduling software. Knowledge of smart engineering/design tools. Proficient use of Microsoft Office software. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. Preferred qualifications include: Direct supervisory experience. Experience in plant operations or maintenance. This role offers a pay range of $141,120.00 - $220,500.00, with an annual bonus target of 16%.
