Local Class A Truck Driver - Home Daily (Tracy, CA Area) We're seeking reliable and professional Class A Truck Drivers for a local position running routes within California's Central Valley. All drop & hook freight. Enjoy the stability of consistent miles while being home every day. Trainees must have graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy within the last 2 years. All drivers must be able to pass all background checks to include hair and urine. Pay & Schedule: Earn $0.65-$0.71 per mile $1200-$1500 weekly to include excellent benefit package with 401k at 30 days. Home daily - no long stretches away from home Consistent routes within the Central Valley area (Lathrop, Lodi, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, Manteca) Daytime shifts available Driver Requirements: Must hold a current Class A CDL and DOT card & live within 40 miles of hiring cites of Lathrop, Lodi, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto and Manteca Minimum 1 year of recent OTR experience required for experienced drivers Trainee Program: Class A holders with no recent experience are welcome to apply. If no trainer is available at the time of hire, you can always come on board as an OTR driver after training until the local run opens up. Trainees will complete 30 days of OTR training with a professional trainer all over the country, no home time during training.
