Position Details Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Employment Type: Full-Time Setting: 45-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Location: Englewood, OH Shift Options: 12-Hour Shifts Days &Nights Available Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.50/hr (based on experience) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide essential daily care and support to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. CNAs play a critical role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in long-term care (LTC). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration Document care provided and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support nursing staff with clinical and non-clinical tasks as needed Provide mobility assistance including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care for all residents Follow infection control procedures and facility safety protocols Education & Certification Requirements Active and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Ohio Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification High school diploma or equivalent preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment Why Work with Connected Health Care?
