Assistant Manager (Collections Specialist) M-F 8am-5pm $19/hr.+ competitive benefits package Snelling Staffing Services is looking for an experienced collections specialist who is looking to advance their career into a managerial role. This position is with the local branch of one of Alabama's first debt collection agencies, attributing their years of success to their dedicated employees and loyal partnerships. Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Assist debtors with payments when they come to the office Communicate updates with Clients regarding the status of debtor accounts, and answer questions they may have. Process verification letters Set up new client accounts in the database for the Mobile office Oversee the progress of collections for a specified list of client accounts Qualifications: Excellent time management and organizational skills 2-3 years recent experience in a collections role, preferably medical collections.
