Hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm, shift start times can vary Pay: $22.00 per hour Perks:Paid 30 minute lunch breaksOnsite cafeteria that prepares daily lunches Responsibilities:Prepare food batches according to written batch instructions and food safety requirements Follow portion control and quality standards throughout the blending process Store, restock, or dispose of unused materials according to food safety guidelines Scan materials using handheld radio frequency (RF) devices to track usage Inspect incoming ingredients in storage and refrigeration areas for quality Stage materials in designated areas to support efficient production flow Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following sanitation checklists and safety rules Qualifications:Previous food mixing or production experience preferred Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which are food safety standards Basic computer skills for scanning, reporting, and documentation Ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds Willingness to work second shift with a varying start time
