Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel Hospital Position | Clackamas, OR (97015) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Travel hospital position in Clackamas, OR (97015). 26-week assignment; Oregon SLP license and 2+ years' experience required. Join a hospital-based rehabilitation team providing pediatric and infant speech therapy, including NICU care and pediatric feeding evaluations in the Portland metro area. Job Details Location: Clackamas, Oregon (97015) - Clackamas / Portland metro (Oregon SLP jobs, travel SLP) Setting: Hospital - Rehabilitation Services (hospital SLP, hospital-based speech therapy) Assignment Length: 26 weeks Start Date: February 1, 2026 End Date: May 4, 2026 Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts preferred (could be 5x8), shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (travel SLP, contract SLP) Estimated Weekly Salary: $2030-$2190/week Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Current Oregon SLP license (Oregon SLP) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Outpatient experience required Experience with infants/NICU and hospital settings (NICU SLP, pediatric SLP) Proficiency in Infant MBSS (Modified Barium Swallow Study), infant cleft palate care, and pediatric sensory feeding (pediatric feeding specialist) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy services in a hospital setting, emphasizing infants and pediatric populations (pediatric speech therapy) Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of communication and dysphagia disorders Perform and interpret Infant MBSS and manage feeding and swallowing issues, including cleft palate and sensory-based feeding challenges Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, nursing, OT, PT, dietitians) to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital policies and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home strategies to support continued progress Why join us: Work in a welcoming Clackamas community with easy access to Portland, scenic parks, and family-friendly neighborhoods while advancing your career in hospital-based SLP care.
