A part-time opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician specializing in non-sterile compounding to join a well-established compounding pharmacy team. This role requires strong expertise in non-sterile compounding procedures, supporting pharmacy operations with precision and care within a flexible work schedule. Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Part-Time (4 half days per week) Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Software: Liberty Type: Contract to Hire Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense non-sterile compounded medications in strict accordance with pharmacy protocols Maintain thorough and accurate records of all compounded preparations Adhere to quality control and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support smooth workflow and operational efficiency Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a non-retail compounding pharmacy environment Proven expertise in non-sterile compounding (sterile-only compounding experience does not meet requirements) Current Florida Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory Experience with Liberty pharmacy software is a significant advantage Additional Information: This position complements an existing team member, enhancing the non-sterile compounding operations.
