Position:Maintenance Technician Industry: Manufacturing Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Louisville, KY 40210 Pay Rate:$32-$35/ Hr, with quick advancement opportunities Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11pm. Job Description: Snelling has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures and maintaining mechanical equipment in the facility. The Maintenance Technician should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include: Routine maintenance, preventative maintenance equipment rebuilds, material handling, crushing, screening, pneumatic, hydraulic and pumping systems Operates cutting torch and welding equipment to cut and/or join metal components Prepares, assembles and installs new equipment Dismantles machinery to repair or replace defective parts Perform basic electrical troubleshooting skills and repair of production machines including 480 VAC 3 phase motor control circuits Maintenance Technician Requirements: 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience required.
