Provide expert critical care nursing for patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit, employing clinical judgment and coordinated care to optimize patient outcomes. This role involves supervising nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for patients and their families. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California, required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, required CPR/BLS certification (CPR, Basic Life Support, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS), required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience in an acute care setting preferred Strong critical thinking and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Assess and collect pertinent patient health data, analyze findings, and develop comprehensive nursing care plans Implement care delivery and health promotion strategies, ensuring patient safety and comfort Evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans to meet evolving needs Supervise and coordinate nursing activities and delegate tasks appropriately Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a healing environment Facilitate patient and family education and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care Perform additional duties as assigned Location - Tulare, California: Located in the heart of California's Central Valley, Tulare offers a unique blend of small-town charm and geographic diversity.
