This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting. Working 35 hours per week, the role is a contract assignment for the current school year, serving students across all grade levels. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, identify, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress Participate in team meetings and stay current with evidence-based practices Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred Experience working with K-12 students in school environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work independently Location: This position is based in Reading, Pennsylvania, serving a diverse student population.
