Registered Respiratory Therapist - Fairport, NY

An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional respiratory care services. This contract position requires at least two years of experience in the field and a valid New York State license to practice. Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to patients as ordered Monitor patient respiratory status and respond to changes promptly Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist credential New York State respiratory therapy license Minimum of two years of clinical experience in respiratory care Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (Day, Evening, Night rotation) Every other week and holidays based on unit needs Location: This role is based in Fairport, NY, a charming suburb known for its friendly community atmosphere and access to the scenic Erie Canal.
