This is a place for professionals, not pretenders. What You'll Own:Run emergency mitigation losses (water, fire, mold, trauma). Lead and push your crew to produce at a high standard. Complete clean, accurate documentation (MICA/Mitigate, DASH, photos, readings). Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal staff. Generate accurate estimates in Xactimate/Symbility within 48 hours. Oversee demo, equipment placement, debris removal, and job site quality. Maintain job discipline: tempo, cleanliness, safety, documentation. Handle on-call rotations (professionally, not begrudgingly). Represent Allay like the leader you are. If you can't run a job AND run a crew, this isn't your seat.You Are:A proven leader in mitigation (4+ years real experience). A clean, accurate estimator with 4+ years documenting losses. Certified (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT). Physically capable (75+ lbs, ladders, confined spaces). A communicator who stays ahead of problems. Someone who runs toward challenges, not away from them. Someone who takes pride in being the one the team depends on. A pro who documents everything without excuses. You don't just "do the job." You own the outcome.
