Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Papillion, NE

This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students K-5 in a school setting located in Papillion, NE. The position is a contract role with a start date as soon as possible through May 22, 2026. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities include collaborating with other Behavior Technicians and teachers to deliver Behavior Skills Programs (serving 4-5 students) and/or Foundational Skills Programs (serving 2-3 students) within Level 2 classrooms. The focus is on implementing behavior interventions and supporting skill development tailored to each student's needs. This role provides a vital contribution toward creating positive learning environments and promoting student progress. Qualifications and desired experience: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in behavior programs preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team with teachers and other behavior staff Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to supporting students' behavioral and educational growth This position does not include summer work at this time.
