Schedule: 3 shifts per week 12-hour night shifts Contract duration: 13 weeks Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Utilize advanced critical care skills to respond to emergencies and complex medical situations. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety protocols. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current and active RN licensure. Proven experience as an ICU nurse or in a critical care environment. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts effectively. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
