An opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting. This contract position is focused on Extended School Year (ESY) services, designed to assist students in maintaining and building upon developmental skills during the summer months. Responsibilities include: Delivering individualized occupational therapy services to students, addressing their physical, sensory, and fine motor needs Collaborating with educators, counselors, and families to create supportive learning environments Documenting student progress and adjusting intervention plans accordingly Participating in staff orientation and planning efforts during the set-up day on June 29th Ensuring compliance with educational and therapeutic guidelines throughout the ESY program The role requires availability from June 29th through July 23rd, approximately 30 hours per week. This position is based in a school located in Lewes, DE, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
