Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5 Location: Boydton , VA Salary Range: $90/hr to $100/hr on w2 Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in Boydton, VA. This role involves ensuring the safety and compliance of construction projects through frequent field audits and safety assurance measures. The successful candidate will be working onsite at our office located in the Boydton Metro area. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis. Experience in conducting safety audits and implementing safety measures on construction sites. Familiarity with safety management systems and quality control processes. Knowledge of Data Center construction safety protocols and regulations. Experience with Bluebeam software is required. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in conducting safety audits and implementing safety measures on construction sites. Familiarity with safety management systems and quality control processes. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train team members. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs for construction teams. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address safety concerns and improve safety practices.
