Responsibilities:Perform precise hand soldering to assemble and repair electronic componentsRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagramsWork with surface mount technology (SMT) componentsUse calipers, power tools, and other equipment for accurate measurements and cuttingApply mechanical skills to fabricate parts as neededOperate machinery for machining tasks as requiredWork with electrical systems, including logic controllersEnsure quality control standards are consistently met throughout the soldering processQualifications:Minimum of one year of professional hand soldering experience (There's a in-person Hand Soldering Skills test you must pass)Proven experience in electronics assembly and component solderingFamiliarity with calipers, power tools, and basic machining equipmentKnowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) componentsAbility to accurately read and interpret schematics and technical diagramsMechanical aptitude for fabricating parts when necessaryUnderstanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers
