Field Technical Support Rep Location: Camden, NJ Duration: Long-term Rate: DOE US Citizens, GC, EAD ( H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job Skills and Experience Needed Work with partners that build out rooms Understand and follow Campbells "standards" Able to follow CAD drawings of rooms to make sure set up properly Work with site support to improve room checks Continuous improvement of room checks Audio Visual Experience QA on new room builds Check connectivity Check camera angles Pull out display- check mounts and wires for proper labeling Check power Not just a TECH- but someone who can think about "how is this room being used" Coordinate with multiple teams when there are issues ie site support/ maintenance etc Not expected to fix issues, but identify issues and engage proper teams Comfortable getting into Teams Portal
