ReservationSales Team Lead - Seaside Rentals, LLC JobDescription: 2:00pm-10:00pm mostly, somemid/day shifts - need flexible availability $17.00/hr. Plus Incentives Reservation Team Lead isresponsible for overseeing and supporting Reservation Sales Agents to ensurehigh productivity, strong sales performance, and exceptional customer service.This role leads through coaching, training, motivation, and accountabilitywhile enforcing Revinate Best Practices and MB Seaside Resort policies andprocedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining an annual average callabandon rate of 4% or less, partnering with the team to achieve establishedclose conversion goals, and setting a positive leadership example. TheReservation Team Lead drives sales success by motivating agents, monitoringperformance, and fostering a customer-focused, results-driven environment. JobResponsibilities: 1. TeamLeadership: • Lead by example and motivate reservation salesagents to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. • Adoptdepartment and MBSR policies and procedures as their own 2. On theJob Training: • Offeron-the-job training to ensure that sales agents are up to date on the necessaryskills and knowledge pertaining to the job. • Workclosely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling andcross-selling. 3. ProductivityManagement: • Ensurethat agents are productive and efficiently completing daily tasks. • Monitorand identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Ensureeffective best practices by helping to control payroll and productivity withinthe department and alert Team Leaders of schedule changes throughout each shift • Monitoring calls to ensure an abandonment rateof 4% by actively keeping agents productive and answering calls in a timelyfashion throughout their shifts • Review Revinate reports to recognize problemareas that require attention. Reportsinclude: Compliance, autocompletes, conversion, productivity (to include wrapup and project times), email gather, and outbound productivity. Ensuring agents are productive, completingtasks, meeting conversion, revenue, inbound and outbound call goals.Utilization of these reports will assist in analyzing the performance of yourteam. 4. DailyTasks and Duties: • Phones are a requirement whennecessary based on call volume and staffing. • Encouragesales agents to consistently perform at a top rate. • Monitorand manage reservation sales queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses tocustomer inquiries. • Collaboratewith other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. • Using Revinate reporting to verify that allagents are meeting agent productivity goals (i.e., minimum 40% agentproductivity). • Answer inbound reservation sales calls and makeoutbound reservation sales calls. • Check previous days bookings and activity forerrors, create break board and daily tasks for the next work day. • Ensure reservations sales agents are completingtheir tasks and taking breaks as scheduled • Complete daily and monthly call reports • Check same day arrivals to avoid holdinginventory needlessly • Assist in escalated reservation sales calls Qualifications: • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends,and holidays with remote privilege granted on a case by case basis and makingup no more than 20% of hours worked weekly. • Provenexperience in a reservation sales or similar leadership role. • Strongleadership and mentoring skills.
