What You’ll Be Doing • Lead large commercial and industrial HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects from precon through closeout • Drive budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance • Oversee estimating strategy and project execution • Partner with field leadership and clients to ensure delivery at the highest level • Mentor and develop Project Managers and field teams What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience across HVAC, piping, sheet metal, estimating, PM, and/or sales • Proven large commercial and industrial project experience • Strong background in design-build delivery • Leadership presence - someone who can own a room and a P&L • High-energy, proactive, solution-driven mindset Senior Project Managers: If you're already running large jobs, handling client relationships, and thinking strategically - this is your opportunity to level up into executive leadership.
