About the Role We are hiring a Dental Hygienist and are open to full-time or part-time scheduling We are flexible and happy to discuss a schedule that works for both you and the practice Responsibilities Conduct patient screenings and assessments Take digital X-rays Follow infection control and quality assurance protocols Perform dental cleanings using cavitron/prophy jet Apply sealants and fluoride Take impressions Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized operatory Provide comfort and support to patients throughout their visit Chart dental conditions and document treatments Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff Stock supplies and maintain equipment Manage patient recall system Use basic computer functions for charting and scheduling Office Hours These are the hours the office is open; your schedule can be full-time or part-time within this range: Monday: 8:45am - 5:00pm Tuesday: 11:45am - 6:30pm Wednesday: 11:45am - 6:30pm Thursday: 8:45am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:45am - 2:00pm Saturday: 8:45am - 2:00pm (rotating) Why Join Streamwood Smiles?
