This is a commission-driven role, offering the potential to earn between 30-75% of your production. Here’s what you will do: Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. Collaborate with clients to address urgent hiring needs. Match clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements. Utilize recruiting tools effectively. Engage in cold calling, screening, and preparing candidates and clients for interviews, including assisting with job offer negotiations. Conduct reference checks for candidates. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in data management and technology. Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, or Sales is preferred. Must demonstrate high outbound activity to source both clients and candidates. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and ethics at all times. Excellent negotiation skills. A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
