Contract Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills & ExperienceConceptual thinking - ability to understand how/why instead of relying only on what is being askedProcess mapping - ability to breakdown workflows and document/visualize themContinuous improvement mindset to optimize processes - ability to identify process gapsData analysis - ability to identify trends/themes and generate metricsAbility to translate technical speak to business language - the role often acts as a bridge between engineers and business leadersStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, reporting)Experience with data analysis and metrics reportingDemonstrated experience with process mapping and workflow documentation (Visio)Experience using SharePoint and Confluence for documentation and collaboration What You Will Be DoingLead and support process improvement initiatives, identifying root causes and recommending practical, data-driven solutionsAnalyze operational data and produce metrics reporting and dashboards to support decision-makingDevelop and maintain Excel-based reporting models and spreadsheetsCreate documentation and workflow materials using Visio (process flow diagrams), Confluence, and SharePointSupport project tracking and reporting activities in partnership with project managersTranslate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholdersSupport asset tracking data initiatives across SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB environments (no direct DB administration required)Present findings, trends, and recommendations to business partners and leadership
