We are expanding our services to include Speech Therapy, focusing on communication development for the families we serve. Our mission is to provide collaborative and holistic care that empowers children to enhance their communication skills. Position Summary We are looking for a compassionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech and language therapy for children facing developmental delays, autism, and communication disorders. The SLP will assess communication needs, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate effectively with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers to support progress across various settings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for clinicians who appreciate flexibility, independence, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs Provide direct speech therapy services in a home environment Focus on enhancing communication development, articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication skills Work alongside BCBAs to support functional communication goals Offer coaching and strategies to caregivers for reinforcing skills in the home Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and necessary documentation Participate in team collaboration and case discussions as required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active South Carolina SLP license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in home-based environments Reliable transportation for client home visits Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing in-home or early intervention services Collaboration experience with ABA providers Knowledge in supporting AAC, functional communication, and language development Interest in a collaborative care model Compensation & Additional Benefits: Competitive pay commensurate with experience and service type Flexible scheduling options Autonomy in clinical planning and treatment approaches Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities to help expand and shape Speech services within the organization Meaningful work supporting children and families in underserved communities Work Environment: Services are delivered in client homes with flexible caseload options based on availability and location, ensuring collaboration with the ABA clinical team for coordinated care.
