Join our team if you share our passion for building your future. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with various teams to enhance HR processes and support initiatives aligned with our firm's goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HRBA peers and other teams like Finance, Accounting, and Practice Operations to effectively support key HR processes such as performance development, compensation, and promotions. Take charge of specific project roles within larger project scopes, reporting directly to the project management leader. Conduct complex analyses and use findings to recommend solutions and process improvements. Utilize independent judgement to explore diverse alternatives and approaches, providing detailed insights to project leads. Guide and oversee junior staff, ensuring effective workflow and adherence to timelines. Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and accountability. Qualifications: At least three years of relevant experience in HR or a related field. Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration required. Intermediate understanding of HR principles and knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations preferred. Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and effective documentation. Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced) and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management skills to effectively manage workloads and meet deliverables. Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
