Your Responsibilities: Work directly with one client for the entirety of your shift, adhering to their care plan. Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes accurately. Monitor and implement quality assurance policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Receive clinical direction and guidance from the supervising RN. Assist with additional duties as required to support our clients. Minimum Qualifications: Current LPN license (Mississippi or Compact State). A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in personal care settings. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
