Over-The-Road CDL A Truck Drivers

Join our team as a company driver, where we provide the truck at no cost to you! All equipment is company-owned and maintained, ensuring you have the best tools for your job. Key Details: Position: Company Driver Type of Work: No touch freight with drop and hook Equipment: 2020 newer sleeper trucks that are well maintained Work Schedule: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states Home Time: We can accommodate needed home time and offer different schedules Compensation: Detention: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility Deadhead Rates: Low mileage rates added for fair compensation Breakdown/Maintenance: $200 per day for any issues on the road, with a maximum of $1,000 per week Benefits: Full-time W-2 employment 401k with contributions Medical insurance with Cigna Vision and dental coverage through Principal Paid time off and holidays Pet and passenger policies available Working on observed holidays: additional $50 pay on top of regular revenue Requirements: Minimum 3 years of CDL A experience Aged 25 or older Must be under 75 years old (for insurance reasons) Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on MVR No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years Location: Current operations are run from our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans for a future terminal also in Obetz.
