Heavy/Commercial Truck Equipment Installer

Heavy/Commercial Truck Assembly Location: Lewisburg, PA, 17837 Pik Rite, Inc. is a manufacturer of vegetable harvesting, manure spreading equipment and commercial truck bodies from raw material to finished product. We are an industry leader with a presence in 30+ states and 20+ countries. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our growing team in Lewisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adding functional components to commercial truck bodies while following a blueprint/schematic to specification. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Hours for this position are 6am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Pick and assemble parts according to procedures established by the Assembly Supervisor or Team Leader Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Utilize air powered and handheld tools as necessary Tighten bolts, set screws, and fasteners according to specified torque settings Handle panels and components in such a manner as to minimize scratching of painted surfaces Identify any defective or damaged parts and provide feedback Communicate any relevant problems and/or suggested improvements in assembly operations Perform all related duties as assigned, or situation dictates Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a commercial garage or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation Package: Competitive Wage Depending on Experience ($20/hr - $23/hr) IRA with Company Match Health Insurance Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Policy Paid by Employer Paid Time Off Yearly Bonuses Flexible Schedule Yearly Boot Stipend Company Sponsored Outings and Events Yearly Tool Stipend If you are interested in this position with us here at Pik Rite, please apply today!
