Akkodis is seeking a Enterprise Program Manager for 06+Months CTH position with our Direct Client located in Denver, CO (Hybrid- 2nd and 4th week of the month in office M-Th).Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Job Description:A Program Manager with strong systems fluency and transformation capability.The backfill should be:Enterprise Program Manager (Systems & Transformation Focus)Level: Senior Individual ContributorReports to: Senior Enterprise Program ManagerAnd fully accountable for enterprise program orchestration.Cross-Functional Workstream LeadershipDirect and coordinate BSA, Architecture, IT Delivery, and Change workstreams within assigned programsEnsure business requirements, technical design, system build, and enablement activities are sequenced and alignedHold workstream leads accountable to enterprise milestonesResolve cross-workstream dependencies and escalation pointsEnsure no siloed execution across business and technical teamsBusiness & Organizational ReadinessCoordinate UAT planning with BSA and ITPartner with Change Management PM to ensure adoption readinessEnsure operating model impacts are defined and documentedValidate that process, reporting, and controls are aligned before go-liveTrack benefit realization post-launchUpdate Required SkillsDemonstrated experience leading multi-workstream enterprise initiativesExperience directing business analysts and change leads within a structured program environmentStrong systems fluency and ability to operate at the intersection of business and technologyExperience delivering enterprise systems implementations or process transformationsPosition SummaryThe Program Manager, Enterprise Programs is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives under the direction of the Senior Enterprise Program Manager.This role serves as the program-level integrator across business operations, enterprise systems, architecture, IT delivery, and change enablement. The Program Manager is accountable for milestone rigor, cross-functional sequencing, business readiness, and outcome realization across assigned programs.While technical system build and delivery are owned by the Technology organization, this role ensures business alignment, enterprise coordination, and measurable impact across all workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Program LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise programsDevelop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and dependency mapsEnsure structured execution across business and technical workstreamsDrive disciplined adherence to the enterprise execution modelProvide clear program status reporting, risk transparency, and escalation managementCross-Functional Workstream IntegrationDirect and integrate workstreams across:Business Systems Analysts (BSA)Solutions ArchitectureTechnical Program Management (IT delivery)Change Management / EnablementEnsure requirements, technical design, system build, testing, and enablement activities are sequenced and alignedHold workstream leads accountable to enterprise milestonesIdentify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and risksPrevent siloed execution across business and technology teamsBusiness & Systems CoordinationTranslate strategic objectives into executable, cross-functional delivery plansEnsure business requirements are clearly defined prior to IT handoffPartner with the Technical Program Manager to align business milestones with system delivery sequencingCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and business validation activitiesEnsure operating model, reporting, controls, and process impacts are defined and addressed prior to go-liveRisk & Issue ManagementProactively identify program-level risks across business and technical domainsMaintain comprehensive risk and issue logs with clear ownershipFacilitate structured resolution of escalationsEscalate critical risks to Senior Enterprise Program Manager with recommended action plansChange & Adoption AlignmentPartner with Change Management PM to ensure adoption strategies align with program milestonesCoordinate readiness assessments, training plans, and stakeholder communicationsSupport organizational enablement to drive sustained impactOutcome & Value RealizationDefine measurable program success criteria aligned to business outcomesMonitor milestone performance and benefit realization post-implementationEnsure programs deliver measurable operational, financial, or strategic impactRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong enterprise program management experience in cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives spanning business and technologyStrong systems fluency and understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, or similar platforms)Experience partnering closely with IT delivery teamsExcellent stakeholder management and influence skillsStrong organizational discipline and follow-throughAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsClear, structured communicator capable of engaging executive and operational audiencesEnterprise Program Management ModelProgram Manager owns:Overall program planMilestonesCross-functional sequencingBusiness readinessRisk registerStatus reportingOutcome trackingBSA owns:Requirements definitionCurrent/future state mappingFunctional documentationTraceabilitySolutions Architect owns:Architecture validationIntegration designSystem feasibilityTPM owns:Jira trackingTechnical delivery executionOffshore coordinationSDLC rigorChange PM owns:Enablement strategyTrainingAdoptionStakeholder readinessThe Program Manager integrates all of it.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
